Your automotive fuel injectors come back cleaned, flow tested, and documented with the before and after data to prove the work. Cars, trucks, SUVs, and powersports engines. From $25 per injector, parts and labor included.
One price per injector. Parts and labor are in it.
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Top feed | $25 per injector |
| Side feed | $30 per injector |
| GDI | $30 per injector |
Every service includes ultrasonic cleaning, before and after flow testing, leak-down and resistance tests, spray pattern analysis, new o-rings, seals, and filter baskets, and the diagnostic report. If an injector cannot be saved, you are not charged for it. One bill at the end.
Gasoline injectors only. We do not service diesel or piezo injectors. That is a different bench and a different animal, and it is not a direction we are headed.
Old or new, four cylinders or twelve, daily driver or weekend build. If it runs gasoline injectors, it runs our bench.
Those names cover nearly every gasoline fuel injector ever hung on a rail: top feed, side feed, and GDI alike. There is no fitment list to check, because the bench does not need one. Every set gets the same cleaning, the same before and after flow testing, and the same diagnostic report, whoever made it and whatever it came off.
Every injector comes off the bench cleaned, resealed, and flow tested against the set.
Before
One injector from the set, caked in carbon and varnish with the old o-rings pulled. Spray pattern breaks up, flow drops below spec.
After
The same set after the bench: cleaned, resealed with new o-rings, and flow matched.
Individually spray tested and inspected for atomization quality, leak-down, and resistance. Flow data alone will not show these.
Each injector's output in cc/min against the full set. Factory tolerance runs about 2 to 4 percent, and the report shows the exact spread we measured.
New o-rings and filter baskets as routine, other parts when your injectors need them, itemized at cost. The report documents before and after flow, spray grades, variance, and recommendations.
And you get the data to prove it. Every set ships back with a report like this, before and after flow, spray grades, and the variance across the set.
The bench data is only half of it. The other half is how the job goes.
★★★★★“You don’t find service like this easily these days. The guys had my injectors cleaned and back out in one day, kept me informed, and sent videos of the complete service. Highly recommend Dialed Injectors.”

★★★★★“What really stood out was that they didn’t just service the injectors, they also took the time to offer advice on other potential issues I should check on my motor. That kind of customer service and willingness to help is hard to find these days.”

★★★★★“Quality work, with a quick turnaround time and easily the best customer service and communication I have encountered from any business.”

$25 per top feed injector and $30 per side feed or GDI injector. Parts and labor are included in the per-injector price. If an injector cannot be saved, you are not charged for it.
Yes. GDI injectors are $30 per injector and test at 5 bar, 72.5 PSI, against 3 bar for manifold injectors. Same cleaning process, same before and after report.
All the major manufacturers: Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens VDO, Continental, Keihin, Nikki, Hitachi, Magneti Marelli, Lucas, and more. If it is a gasoline injector, top feed, side feed, or GDI, it runs our bench no matter what engine it came off.
Usually. Cleaning restores flow and spray on injectors with healthy coils, and the resistance and leak-down tests tell us early when one is beyond saving. If it is, you are not charged for it. Discontinued sets are a big part of what lands on this bench.
We clean, test, and replace the wear components, what the parts catalogs sell as a rebuild kit: o-rings, seals, pintle caps, and filter baskets. We do not machine or replace internal components. If cleaning and new wear components cannot bring an injector back, we tell you instead of billing you.
Get a UPS label from the ship page or use your own. Our labels carry $1,000 declared value coverage by default, and you can opt out when you build your label to save roughly $17 each way. Once the injectors land, bench time runs about two days, then they ship back the way they came in. You pay when the work is done.
Per-injector before and after data: resistance, leak-down result, spray pattern grade, static and dynamic flow volumes, flow rate in cc per minute, percent change, and deviation from the set average, plus the set spread and service notes covering every part replaced.
