Spray Pattern Testing

Every injector is individually spray tested and visually inspected for atomization quality, leak down, and electrical resistance. Poor spray patterns cause rough idle and misfires — problems that don't show up in flow data alone.

Flow Rate Analysis

Precision flow testing measures each injector's output in cc/min against the full set. We calculate variance across all cylinders. The industry generally allows for 5% in marine applications, but we shoot for 4%.

New o-rings, seals, and filter baskets go on every injector we clean - itemized at cost on your invoice. Your diagnostic report documents the full service: before and after flow rates, spray pattern grades, variance analysis, parts replaced, and our recommendations. Dialed in. Done.

We run an ASNU M-5000 — it's the same test bench the big injector remanufacturers use. Every injector gets flow tested before we touch it so we know exactly where it stands, then again after cleaning so you can see what changed.

The diagnostic report that ships with your injectors has the actual numbers: flow rates in cc/min, spray pattern grades, and how tight your set matches across all cylinders.

Every service includes visual inspection, ohm and resistance testing, leak down testing, spray pattern analysis, precision flow testing, ultrasonic cleaning with back-flush cycles, and new o-rings, seals, and filter baskets if needed.

We test, clean, and retest every injector on professional ASNU equipment. If your set requires new parts or a reman kit, we do that also. You get a full diagnostic report with before and after specifications.

Receive

Your injectors ship back via UPS Ground with $1,000 declared value insurance. One invoice covers everything: service, parts, inbound shipping, and return shipping. No surprises.
